I discharge it in Kansai convertor maker, and, for an indoor yard, speed, stock ability are largest together.

I combine a scrap according to kinds to equalize quality of the steel.

The scrap combined according to kinds is conveyed to the electric furnace from a scrap yard with conveyance facilities.

Our electric furnace is "environment-adaptive high efficiency arc furnace/eco-arc" in consideration for environment.
It is the superior for environment electric furnace which a scrap preheat device has the eco-arc to an electric furnace, and controls electricity to dissolve by preheating a scrap, and can reduce a CO2 discharge.

The molten steel which did dephosphorization and noborion gives molten steel from the bottom of the electric furnace.
The compound metal in coordination with a molten steel ingredient is added, too.

The molten steel which is oxidized in an electric furnace, and was refined is moved to the ladle.
I remove desulfurization, nonmetal inter. by gas bubbling from the bottom of the ladle and make clean steel.
I equalize molten steel temperature and a molten steel ingredient by arc heating.

I inject the molten steel of the ladle and the molten steel that I put it in the middle container once, and nonmetal inter. is eliminated, and it is clean to a mold and do it in hardening *hen.

When *hen cast consecutively becomes the predetermined length, I cut it with a Shah and do it in a billet.

Heating furnace
①Heating furnace
The heating furnace is a facility heating up from the steel manufacture process to about 1,000 degrees Celsius that is the temperature that can roll the billet which has been sent uniformly.
Our heating furnace adopts a combustion method by high-performance rijienereitibubana and is superior in energy-saving performance.
The billet advances to a rolling mill after I was extracted from a heating furnace.

I customize a heated billet in a shape according to aim through between two turning rolls while prolonging materials.
The rolling mill is divided into a rough line, a middle line, a finish line, and the stands number to pass by product size is different. In the roll of the last stands, a knob, a roll mark is carved, and it is carved a seal by a product.

The rolled product air-cools it uniformly on a cooling floor. I correct it so that a product does not turn at the same time.

I cut a product with a cold Shah to the length (3.5-12.0m 50cm pace) of the request of the customer to the prescribed number again.
